Replacement JB3D Smooth 0.2mm PEI Film Sheet with adhesive for superb first layers

Our smooth PEI sheets are great but do not last forever, the great thing is, you can keep the steel sheet and just replace the film! It may not be the easiest thing to do but it can save a bit of money. This can be done by freezing the sheet for 15 minutes then removing the adhesive sheet from the edges with a spudger or similar tool, it should all come off in one go, fair warning, it comes off quite loud and at the least scares my pets!

You can then soak the sheet in warm water with a dishwasher tablet overnight, I use the cheapest home brand from the local German supermarket. The remaining adhesive should easily peel off, if it doesnt come off in one go you can use a flat knife, similar to what you get prints off with and it’ll come off easily.

These replacement sheets are oversized for super easy fitment and can be easily trimmed with a a blade.
