The PCCF we use is Nanovia PCCF, this is a true PCCF and not blended with filaments that have less desirable filaments blended in (such as PETG and even PLA!!), this does reflect in the price as it’s considerable more expensive and requires a 100c~ chamber temp (not bed, chamber!).
Here we have the Voron Hotend, Toolhead and Gantry parts for 2.4, Trident, Switchwire or even Legacy, all printed in PCCF as an upgrade over the standard parts. PCCF is super strong and super heat resistant which is perfect for your enclosed printer. Typically ABS has a glass transition temperature of around 60-80c depending on the brand and additives whereas PCCF is a crazy 115c! This means no melty ducts even at the most extreme of printing conditions.
As standard we do the hotend mount only in PCCF as this is where all of the heat is. We can also offer the entire toolhead or even the whole gantry (as in, everything inside your enclosure) for an additional cost. Just select the required option! If you do want all the gantry, as below, only black is available in this colour so we cannot offer accent parts.
As this is a special filament only black is available at this time but as most primary colours for Voron’s seem to be black I don’t believe this should be much of an issue!
All my prints are completed on smooth PEI for the ultimate first layer, no textured trickery here!
Printed, of course, to Voron’s design specifications.
I am NOT part of PIF and all STLs are provided by the wonderful Voron Design team.
